Biography
Kaitlyn is the Clinical Research Program Manager in Orthopaedic Surgery. She has been with the Ortho team since 2022. Kaitlyn oversees the orthopaedic research program, supporting investigators and managing a fantastic team of research staff across the Civic and General Campuses. With over a decade of experience in clinical research at the OHRI across orthopaedics, oncology, and thoracic surgery, she brings strong expertise in overseeing clinical trial operations. Kaitlyn is dedicated to advancing research that enhances patient care and improves outcomes.
