Visiting Professors
Over the years, the University of Ottawa Orthopedic Program has welcomed the top thought leaders in the field of orthopedic surgery for all the various specialties. This is based on our long tradition of international exchanges as well as welcoming prestigious traveling fellowships such as the ABC, Rothman-Ranawat Hip Society and the British Orthopedic Research Society.
WELCOME MESSAGE
As part of the residency training program at the University of Ottawa, we invite a visiting professor about once a month to enrich the learning environment for residents and fellows. We have been very lucky to have a group of world-class surgeons visit Ottawa. During these visits, the staff, fellows, and residents interact with the visiting professor through lectures, journal clubs, and hands-on skills training.
