Het is a research technician working in the Orthopaedic PJI Lab. She is working on establishing an animal model to study and treat peri-prosthetic joint infections using phage therapy. Research contributions include exploring the molecular mechanisms of fibrosis in the context of BRCA mutations and early onset of ovarian cancer.
